Bill Acosta
Bill Acosta, a true Las Vegas legend, was recognized for his outstanding contributions to the city of Las Vegas during the Casino Legends Hall of Fame induction ceremony on October 19, 2003 in the Tiffany Theatre at the Tropicana Resort & Casino.
Bill joins the ranks of Dean Martin, Benny Binion, Frank Sinatra, Nat “King” Cole, Sammy Davis, Jr., The McGuire Sisters, and many others who are represented in the Hall of Fame for the important role they played in making Las Vegas the fastest growing city in the United States and the “Gaming and Entertainment Capital of the World.”
Also inducted with Bill were Frankie Valli, Connie Stevens, Jack Carter, Breck Wall, and Cook E. Jarr. Each were individually recognized for the impact they have made on the city of entertainment in front of a packed house. Former inductee and current headliner, Clint Holmes, kept the ceremony rolling as the emcee of the momentous occasion.
